Phil-Man Marine Agency, Inc. (formerly Döhle-Philman Manning Agency, Inc.) was established in August 23, 1993. Considered as one of the pillars in manning industry, Phil-Man has proven its capacity on providing quality services both to their principals and seafarers as well.

 

Greatest drive of the Manning Agency is continued success in human capital. Brought about by team of Top Caliber Managers headed by its President and General Manager, Captain Manolo T. Gacutan MM, supported by qualified shore staffs serving their respective field and profession.

 

Phil-Man is on-going with its processing of ISO 9001:2015 certification under TUV Product Services on Quality Management System for Provision of Ship Crew Manning Services. Likewise, a certification for Attestation of Compliance from Bureau Veritas S.A Phils has been given to Phil-Man in accordance with Maritime Labor Code of 2006 Convention.
